Jonny's Words of Wisdom

am very proud of you all and really glad you all are participating in RLC! Speaking of RLC, please remember this is a leadership certification program. You need to be at 7 of the 10 programs per semester and have attended the three-day conference to be certified, so please keep this in mind. If you did not get to go to go to the conference,

Hello RLC!

The start of school has come and gone. We are now three weeks in and going strong, and as the semester continues, I wanted to remind you all of a few things. For one thing, you all are awesome! I am hearing about great participation in hall governments and being involved in the community of ResLifea crash course will be available to go to. This will satisfy the conference part of the certification. Second thing is to remember to enjoy OSU. The first round of tests is right around the corner, and that can be stressful. So, I encourage you to take time in your weeks to come to relax and do something for yourself. Please, stay on top of your studies and what not, but do remember you need a time to relaxand not stress. Finally, please remember to register to vote! This election coming up is pretty significant, just like most elections. If you have any questions about registering here or getting an absentee, please do not hesitate to ask! With that, I wish you all a happy day and am excited to see the program once programs get going! Thanks again!

How do I know which program to attend?

And so begins our adventures, Eager Leaders!

Many of you are wondering "what date is my program?" or "what happens if I can't go?"

No worries! Your Leadership Mentors have you covered!

Technically, we have allotted for the SoMo* (south Monroe) Leadership Mentor's to lead programming on the Tuesdays of the dates listed on the front left page, NoMo* (north Monroe) on Wednesdays, and CORE* (central Monroe) to lead on Thursdays. However, as Residential Leaders, you can choose what programming date is best for you. Yes, you can attend either the Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday session. If you would like to stick with your LM, you know which day to attend! However we know you are busy with tests and work, so we encourage you to mix it up and meet all the other wonderful Res. Leaders that are already influencing our great campus! There will be attendance sheets at each event, and everyone will need to sign in to receive credit for your participation.
