ELEP Volunteer & Internship Programs takes study abroad students beyond the classroom by providing a unique opportunity to engage in community service at local non-profit organizations, municipal offices, public institutions and community centers among others. With over 15 years of experience matching participants with meaningful international volunteer positions, our team helps students find a program for their personal and professional growth. Our goal at ELEP Volunteer & Internship Programs is to help students gain valuable career experience apart from a better understanding of the local language, culture and community. Our philosophy is learning by doing!
Community Service Projects: childcare (orphanage, street kid centres, daycare centres, etc.), healthcare and medicine (medical service organizations and public hospitals), veterinary medicine (veterinary service organizations, animal refugees, etc.), education (elementary or secondary public schools), microfinance (local finance service organizations), environment and conseration (community reserves, biological service organizations, national parks), sports (community sporting clubs, sporting service organizations), community art (community centers and art service organizations), animal care (animal rescue centers, zoos), human rights (human rights service organizations, municipal offices), community agricuture (agriculture service organizations, community centers, municipal centers), disabilities and special needs, etc.
